Proposed solutions by our government geniuses:
1) Austerity: This is like putting the donkey on diet. At the most it can starve the animal, but it is not going to make this cart moving.
2) Stimulus: You can whip the donkey as much as you want, but it is not going to solve the problem either.
The only possible solution as every uneducated farmer can tell you: unload the cart so that the donkey gets back on its feet. Then be more careful not to overload the cart.
